The founders of Align and Embrace are clinicians with over 50 years of combined experience who integrate theoretical knowledge with specific advanced skills in implementing culturally informed and responsive practices. They are committed to embracing the lifelong journey of embodying cultural humility and emerging as social change activists. Their social work advocacy contributes to transforming clinical care by providing education, resources, training, coaching, consulting, and technical assistance to individuals and organizations.
